🇨🇦 Canada Shipping Fees

A flat rate shipping fee of $14 applies to all orders that are $69.99 and below. We offerFree Standard Shipping on orders $70 & up.

For orders$70+, please make sure you selected“Canada”for country and “FREE Shipping” for your shipping method to waive any shipping fees. No coupon code required.

(Free Shipping Offer is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.)

Canada Transit Times

Our domestic orders usually arrive their destination between 3-6 business days. All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless the mistake was the result of our error.

Do you ship to the US?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship directly to the US. Our products are currently available in the US through an authorized Amazon distributor. Click this link to buy from Amazon US.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order provided it is not yet shipped out.(Once a tracking number is attached to your order, it means the parcel is shipped out)To return, please send us an email with your order number and we will e-mail you a return label (at your own expense which is $15).
Once your order has arrived, please DO NOT OPEN the package. Simply tape the return label securely over the package and drop off to the post office. 

Return & Refund Policy

If you are having any issues with any of our products you have purchased and need our support, we highly encourage that you send us a message, email or chat explaining the issues/problems you encountered. We promise to do our best to assist you!
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send your refund request (please provide a reason for return + order number) to our customer support via website form or direct email (hello@mothersprout.ca).
  2. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email ($15 postage fee will be deducted from your eligible refund amount).
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

We may deny any return if it fails to meet our return criteria stated below. Refunds are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds take different lengths of time depending on how you paid. If you have questions on refund timelines, please feel free to contact us.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and/or refund policy:

  • Returned items must be sent back to us in their original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use or consumption.
  • Customer used the wrong address when placing an order.
  • If a purchase was made on your account or with your payment method that you did not permit.

We would not refund any purchases if you have input the wrong shipping address.Any shipping fees that were paid are non-refundable.

It is important that you keep your account information and password private. If you give your details to someone else or appear to be abusing our policies, you are responsible for any purchases made and will not be eligible for a refund.
